An experience connecting macroeconomics, public finance and institutional execution.
He contributed to the economic publications of the Central Bank of Congo (BCC), notably in the journal Analyses et Perspectives, taught at the BCC Staff Training Institute, served as a teaching assistant at the University of Kinshasa, worked as an Adviser to a Minister in the DRC, and later held senior financial and strategic roles in Alberta’s public sector in Canada, notably as Assistant Secretary-Treasurer at Grande Yellowhead Public School Division. He also carried out applied research at the University of Alberta.
